another roll top dish, blue and purple, charity shop piece..i think any ideas?

hi all, another one of jons buys here and another roll top piece from him.. he must like the effect  :P
Ok i think this is one of the charity shop "new" pieces but hey im ready to be wrong
the piece is made from an opaque blue colour  with  a purple swirl on the outside, the top is rolled down very well and neatly done. The base has a polished off pontil which has been heat treated, there is slight wear to the base but not a great deal.
it stands at 7cms and 13cms in diameter
any ideas on maker and age??
