Art Deco blue glass comport any clues?

Good evening
I have here on behalf of my mum from her collection a blue glass Art Deco complete one piece comport.She has had it for many years and to be honest she had packed it away and forgotten about it!
I was wondering if anyone had any clues as to who made this wonderful piece please?
Its such a gorgeous design and typical of the period.
