No, that's Fiesta Glass and is called Harmony, although it used Filigree as a base, so post 1981. See p 75. Always look twice if it has a white background

Thanks Christine - in fact, the original Filigree (1971) is also Deffa-printed and is a much finer print - Deffa-printed ware is also a very light-grey (called 'dove-grey' by Lesley Jackson). If the print is bright-white and noticeably raised (you can feel it with your finger), then it's almost certainly silk-screen printed.
