Kingfisher blue, tall pitcher with polished pontil?

Hi all....another piece rescued from the garage. I am sure it's not Whitefriars and have scoured the net, but with no results. Any ideas on ID please?

Either Empoli in Italy or Krosno in Poland and that's probably the best you'll get.

I also go for Polish ,a little bit of age 60/70ish sets often given as wedding presents .
