Knobby Heavy Clear Vase (?) ID = Crystal d'Arques
« on: May 01, 2010, 06:03:03 PM »
Bought this today (rainy here)at a Garage sale.  Clear knobby glass that has a nice weight to it, and some sparkle.  The bottom has like a concave inwards.  Measurements are as follow:

Height - 8.5 inches tall
Bottom Base - 2.5 inches Wide
Top Opening - 3 inches Wide

Anything, or nothing?  For .50 cents, I guess I did not lose....lol.  I will post some better pics following this post also....

Thanks in Advance

This looks similar to vases posted previously which I 'think' were identified as French  :-\ but I could be wrong.
I will have a trawl through and see if I can find the previous posts.

Thank you very Much for that info....still think it is pretty, and now that it has a name.  Took that info now, and found one on Fleabay too.  Easy to find stuff - Once you have a name, until then DUH..

Not gonna get rich, but for .50 cents, I guess OK.  Same Ebay-Click Here

Says there "...weighs 2 pounds...24% lead crystal, made in France, with a Deco pattern with inverted Blocks..."

I guess ID can be added to the Title.  Thanks all!!
