Green Patterned Bowl ID = Anchor Hocking "Medallion"
« on: May 01, 2010, 11:04:37 PM »
Hi, Have a small sized patterned bowl.  IF I were to take a guess at it, I would guess (maybe) Davidson or E.O. Brody -- but probably both wrong.  Any ideas, so I can quit guessing....and be totally wrong?

Thanks

Have no idea of the maker, but my mum had one, and then I bought one (for sentiment's sake). I have also see them in green. Not sure that they are anything too fancy.

Hi Rose, it's Anchor Hocking "Medallion", made from late 1950s to late 1970s.

Thanks, Super Cathy....  See - my guessing is No good.  Thank God for this Board.

I guess I will keep it.  Only was .50 cents today at an Estate Sale.  So anywhere from 40-60 years old, and I was born right in that range, so it fits right in here...lol.  I guess the name can be added to title, if need be.

Again Thank you!

Well, look at that. It's an identified piece of glass that I didn't even ask about. And now GMB can be credited with being psychic! (not necessarily super-calloused, though  ;D )   :chky: :chky: :chky: :chky: :chky:
