Sklo Union but who or not?

Hello only one of my haul today that I am not able to id but know I have come across it before.  Stands just over 13.5cm tall x just under 12cm across. Deep bird bath base with lots of wear.  Help please.

That's not a typical Sklo Union deep base; there's no ground rim. French perhaps  :huh:

Thanks Christine I wasn't 100% sure hence the title.  I think I maybe thinking of the similarities of another I have of which Pamela also has as unknown.
