Topic: Chribska vase with gold label new second?

Another of my purchases today is this lovely heavy chunky vase with gold label which reads hand made glass Chribska and the boat.  It is in perfect condition I cant even see any scratches on the base however did I read that the gold label means a second??  I really cant see why this one would be but just wondered.

No, this label tells that piece has been fabricated by Rubin Glass s.r.o. (= ltd existed 1994 - 2008) after 1996.
