sorry that the title is somewhat nondescript (perhaps it should be called the leaning tower of Pisa)  -  and have a feeling that I've seen this somewhere recently - so apologies if I am doubling up.   About 260mm tall  -  devoid of marks - obviously quite modern, and with only a little wear on the base.   I did think Czech. but that is really only a shot in the dark (how about French).  There are no mould seams, and I don't know whether to think it is a cut piece, that has (like a lot of modern cut glass) - been fire polished too much, or whether it really is pressed.     Quite unusual with the scallops on the underside of the base, and top edge has been ground, polished and bevelled - so reasonable quality.   Not an easy piece to photograph.  Would appreciate anyone's opinion please and thanks for looking.
