Czech Vase?

Could this be a Czech vase or Whitefriars?  The vase is 6"(15cm) high and the pontil is grinded just like Whitefriars. Any infor will be most welcome.

pretty sure its not whitefriars, and doesnt really strike me as czech, to be honest but cant help other than that sorry
