4711 came in flat bottles - more like hip-flasks than this!

My grandmother wore a little of it - she didn't drink it, so I've never seen a litre of the stuff.

Sue I could Imagine 4711 in litre bottles, it was such a rage like old spice . Well the said bottle with its stiff plastic plug is sitting on my bath as full of bubble bath for when eldest son one day has his own place as he likes it. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Deposer will of course mean it's copyrighted, it's sometimes followed by other words like 'Modele Depose'. Often found on the back of Dolls or on bottles. I did have a book about German/French Doll marks but like everything else it get lost in the rubbish tip, i mean, my bedroom.
One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine. William Hartnell

Try washing your brain with some sodium bicarbonate.
Then pass it to me, I need it too!

Now I'm stuck with the mental honk of Chanel no 5  :tsk: :tsk: :tsk:
