They are both Isle of Wight Studio Glass.
The lollipop shape was first produced by Michael Harris, at Mdina, but the internal decoration was quite different. Attenuated bottles were also produced at Mdina, but again, with quite different decoration, and made using much, much thicker glass.
The "Aurene" attenuated bottle is a very desirable piece indeed, Aurene was produced between '74 and c. '82. It can have the flame logo or a snapped off pontil mark (the snapped off mark is mostly found on these bottles).
I think the lollipop is a more common piece, but the flame logo on the pontil mark puts it between ~ '73 and '79.
