Decanter in red with cut panels

Found this decanter although missing a stopper, don't know anything about its origins or age? has three cut panels,
anyone got any ideas on this one.

I have done some searching and maybe this is French? or Czech?. If anyone has the same or similar could they be kind enough to post a pic of there's so i could maybe match up a stopper for this one. Many thanks  :)
