Amber Art Deco glass vase - ID = Libochovice # 1896

Hi all!
been on my travels today with my mum and she picked up this lovely Art Deco amber glass vase.
Very stylish with gorgeous frosted Art Deco base very skyscraper in design!
I have never seen this before and would be very grateful for any information?
