cranberry studio glass signed mug - any thoughts?

lovely mug, there were two, but unfortunately the other got smashed ::)  I've not been able to id who or what this sig or reference on the base is.  Does anyone recognise the signature please? It is  4 1/2"tall by 3 1/2" wide.
