Please Help To identify vase, possibly Scandinavian?

I could really use some help in identifying this vase.
I was thinking Orrefor glass but I can't seem to find

No it is not signed, I checked all over with a jewelers loop and there

Hi Greg, the one I had I sold earlier in the summer it was definitely signed but very hard to see because the base was heavily worn it had Nuutajarvi  and 1999 below that 2 letters and 2 dots.
100% the same vase, same colour, same foot, polished bevelled rim and the same figure etched on it.
Really nice, think it sold for around £60.
