Any ideas about this paperweight please?

Hi guys, and HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all.

Just wondered if anyone could help with information about this paperweight, which I'm thinking about listing on eBay. It's about 2.25" tall and 3.5" in diameter (5.5cm x 9cm), and weighs 650 grams. An unusual pebble shape with feathery white 'flower', a green 'blob' and air bubbles all in clear glass with a polished base.
