Owl paperwight Scandinavian?

Any thoughts...  I have seen Scandinavian  owl figures with similar style feathers, eyes and beak?

My mother bought it for me quite a few years ago - maybe 1980s, and it was new then. I don't recall it being labelled or boxed though - it certainly isn't now!

Thanks Anne for taking a look it's definitely the same.
Will check out Dartington Max thanks, just thought  I could recall having/seeing a flat back owl figure that was similar.
