I dont think it is Historismus i believe it is what it is a nice early glass the rigoree looks a bit untidy for Powell but i would not dissmiss it without more research, show it to my old pal Steve Leslie on Whitefriars.com thats his era although he doesnt look that old
 . I am  also sure Nigel will also have something to say but he is that old . ;D :ooh:

My guess would be Venetian circa 1880/ 90 . very nice .
