While scanning further catalogues for musterbuch.de, found your vase finally and Stingl is named as glassworks (french 'usine')

DIA stands for Deutscher Innen- und Aussenhandel Glas-Keramik, (East-German Import-Export Organization) catalogue print dated 1952 and the price-list is in US $ !
Yours is # 452 - see yellow mark
