Help ID Green glass mug with bear?

Hi can any one help ID this glass mug, appears to have a tiger or bear with ring in it's mouth.
also can the moderator please help me again with how to post pictures....it keeps saying file is too large

You need to resize a high-res picture so that the maximum dimension is about 700 pixels

It's smooth on the bottom no marks, I can tell the mug part is pressed glass because it has a seem going up each side, but the handle was hand blown and added.  The inside is also smooth and no marks.  But I will try and add more pictures later.  I think its a tiger? with a ring in its mouth.  Thanks for any help!

A pressed mug like this with its plain shape would be unusual. Mould blown would seem more likely. What I'm more interested in is the white interior.

PS the handle wasn't blown. You can't blow a solid lump of glass.

Sorry I failed to mention that I put a white piece of paper in the glass so you could see the image.  But it does have seems up both sides.
