Clear pressed glass sugar & creamer with etching
« on: March 19, 2011, 10:53:51 PM »
I need help in IDing a clear pressed glass sugar & creamer that I purchased. The creamer stands approx. 3 1/2" tall & 2 3/4" across the top. The sugar stands approx. 6 3/4" to the top of its pointed lid. It is also about 2 3/4" wide. The main pattern seems to be flowers and leaves with part of the pattern ground to accentuate the flowers and leaves. There are also starbursts and lattice patterns plus diamond grids on the lower sections of both pieces. The bottom is a radiated starburst. These are very heavy pieces for their size - if it weren't for the mold lines, I would have guessed that they were crystal.

Any assistance on the ID's will be greatly appreciated !
It was suggested that these might possibly be Polish, German or Czech crystal & unmarked.
Thanks - marty
