I love that piece - not for this price though.  ::)
It´s a Gangkofner design for Hessenglas and BTW the first one with this decoration I´ve seen.

There was a seller one time who misread the (very clear) signature "Michael Harris" on an Isle of Wight Blue and Gold Azurene Fish vase as "Mumbai Oasis"............
