ID request - 2 handled red vase

Hi,
I posted this on 'Is it' on Whitefriars.com, and it was suggested that it isn't but I should ask here.  Please can anyone help identifying this?
The vase is 8 inches (20cm) high and has a nice polished pontil on the base (sorry my photo of the base is a bit blurry).
