Tall bubbled vase, etched mark to base-French? - ID = BIOT

Green bubbled vase measuring approx 36cm tall, has an etched mark to base (pic 2). Something telling me it may be French.

Thanks Lustrousstone. I Have found their website and it looks like they are still being made, although this vase looks fairly aged.
