Suspect it is Bohemian, help wanted to identify maker.

This rather oriental - like decoration reminds me of Turkish brass decor.  I especially found the light brown floral strands between the blue diamonds interesting.

I have no idea who might have made it help would be appreciated.

Is it my eyes(getting old) or is that an impressed mark on the base?

I'm sure I read somewhere that some of these types of decorated opaline vases could also be French.  I think it may have been on the Great Glass site.

looks like a gilt decorator's mark. I vote Czech.

Keith means the long mark to the right of the decorator's mark. I vote Bohemian/Czech too.

Defiinitely no impressed mark Keith - a couple of "dimples" and what looks like a cut remnant.  There is a base marking I forgot to blow-up which I am adding now.

sorry I wasn't being very precise, actually it says that there is a new theory that these opaline pieces were made in England but then decorated by French immigrants who settled in England.
