This vase is one of this intriguing little pieces that suggest a whole range of possibilities but don't quite match any of them. There's a blue interior with a hint of green (best seen photo 4) that's in the four ribs that run up the side of the piece, and it's cased in clear. The base is well-finished and chamfered neatly. It's small, 12 cm tall and weighs .5 kg. From the top (again photo 4) it looks square, which, I think, is the result of it being made in an optic mould and then twisted. It was worked on after that as the ribs are softened and disappear halfway up the vase.
