I had one of these on here quite a while back Wayne, if i remember correctly we didnt get an ID pinned down. Will try and find my thread

Thanks Michelle.  It does seem very Czech,  apart from the pontil mark.  There's been a bit of Czech-ish Japanese glass cropping up lately, I wonder if Japan could be a contender.
