I thought it looked like battuto, too.  Is it actually cut, or is it mould-blown to look like battuto?

    Thank you for your Replays,
Ahh Battuto so simple it can be, but I'm looking so far away. :hiclp:

    At the moment I haven’t a UV-backlight.
Question for the Uranium & Rare earths, if is Uranium inside what tells me this?

1.)   Age (I guess today can’t use anymore Uranium)
2.)   Place ( there are many Glassworks did use this Metal)

Anyone know a Web Site who explain this, Glass with Uranium

Leni for me looks like a cutting Pattern, dose Troughs have very small lines it almost does not see.
The Pontil Mark is Polished (dislocated) and the rim too.

If it contains uranium (in the green layer), you would see a very bright green glow when you shine a UV light on it.

Uranium is still in use in glass some places today, but most glass containing uranium probably dates to between 1850 and 1980.

Many companies used it in the 19th century and early 20th century. Fewer companies used it post WWII, but these include Czech, Scandinavian and US companies, and companies on Murano.

Regarding Christine’s  VCGI link I’ll add that under their section named Glass Manufacturer’s Gallery both their colors shown as being “Vaseline” are incorrect by their organization’s own definition  that Vaseline is yellow-green glass that is made by adding 2% Uranium Dioxide to the ingredients when the glass formula is made. The addition of the Uranium Dioxide makes the glass color yellow-green. In this case neither color could be considered as Vaseline as Topaz only has , 7/10ths of 1% in its batch formula &  Light Emerald (which they misidentify in the Keg set as as Topaz) has only has  2/10ths of  1%  in the batch formula. I  believe that if they ever actually studied the makeup of the batch formulas of most U.S. manufacturers , they would find many would not qualify as  “Vaseline” by their definition.  As the old saying goes “a little goes a long way".

I neglected to say my comment was directed regarding the Cambridge Glass Co. under the Glass Manufacturers Gallery.
