Is this Murano? Pinched Amber Vase with Large Bubbles

The form, weight and polished bottom speak Murano to me, but not the color or technique.  I'm hoping it's vintage Murano (ideally Seguso or better) and not current Polish or Chinese.  Any help would be appreciated.
