wonky studio glass goblet for id if possible please
« on: July 18, 2011, 12:47:12 PM »
19cm tall, foot is 8cm wide.  The bowl is orangey, ochre kind of opaque, deep dark colour then the exterior has a sort of thin whiteish wash over the deep ochre - makes it look opalescent if the light is shone into the bowl or behind it but looks grey/white powdery if shone onto it from the front.
Any thoughts immediately spring to mind?  the pontil mark is neat smooth not matt but is cracked off.
Many thanks :sun:

I'm wondering if this might be by Stuart Fletcher of Top Glass.
I found another goblet he'd made and it just has the same kind of feel as though they come from the same hand, the way they are made.
