Does anyone recognise this signature?

Also, the spout has been in the wars. Can anyone suggest where I might get this looked at.

Looks like it could be David (Dave) Osburn. It also looks like something he would make.

Anita - that looks like a match to me. Do you know much about him and his work. I've googled and can't find too much...

Anthony, I only know a little about him from what I've seen on the web. He designed for Blenko in West Virginia for a while, then opened his own glass studio. People who know about Blenko glass can probably tell you much more. I see his name written Dave Osburn most of the time. I checked a few things that he made that are online and he signed them David Osburn. eBay had some pictures of the signature, but they were of so poor quality that I couldn't make anything out. It was a difficult signature to capture on the type of glass they were photographing.
