Anthony, I only know a little about him from what I've seen on the web. He designed for Blenko in West Virginia for a while, then opened his own glass studio. People who know about Blenko glass can probably tell you much more. I see his name written Dave Osburn most of the time. I checked a few things that he made that are online and he signed them David Osburn. eBay had some pictures of the signature, but they were of so poor quality that I couldn't make anything out. It was a difficult signature to capture on the type of glass they were photographing.
