Fish dish-Kosta I hope-
« on: September 06, 2011, 05:42:52 AM »
Fish dish-23cm long and 11cm wide at one end and 9 cm the other. Layer of thick glass draped over a recessed design of a fish with a wide surround- just made for tantalizing morsels of sashimi. Very Scandinavian looking and possibly Kosta Boda. Question being ,if Kosta Boda, are there any more of this design and in what sizes.
regards from a slightly chilly but :sun: :sun: New Zealand-Carol

It looks like it was formed in a kiln by slumping, where is the design - on the underside or in the top surface? Highly unlikely to be Kosta Boda in my opinion.

Many thanks for the replies- the design is on the underside. By arques is that the firm that produces heaps, French I think? Regards Carol :t:
