This is a blow with yellow flashing and what looks like platinum gilding. Has anyone ever seen this one before?

Looks American did Houze do things like that?

It could have been done by a half dozen U.S. firms in the early 20's. Typical period cold painted lehr fired finish with the thin silver overlay that wears off easily.
