Blue Opalescent Bowl help needed

Hi All.I posted this back in 2003 when I first purchased it and it was never positively attributed to any company. I have decided I would try again to see if any knows any more about it. It measures 9 1/2 inches across.
I am told  it is in  Edwards & Carwile   Opalescent Glass, 5th edition  They name it Coral and Shell and say made in England
