Hey, thanks Christine!  Graeme Thyer must've seen some birds under plastic and been inspired!  Wish I could just steal all his work and show it for my final piece...I think I'd get a very high mark for that!  ...doesn't mean to say I can't think about it and use another interpretation of it actually...  ;)  :thup: Great stuff...thanks again! xxxxx

The Exhibition is called "Trove".

The irritating thing about the magpie under glass was that you couldn't see the most beautiful parts of it!
The grouse are by Emma Butler Cole Aitken, same artist as my wee birdies, Jethro and Amber.

No, Frank, it wasn't that -  I'm just getting fed up of "exhibitions" of glass you can't see properly at all, having to crawl around on my knees to see things from different angles and banging my head on thick panes of glass the items are hidden behind, too far away to see any detail.

And Michael's probably getting fed up of all the funny looks I get from crawling around exhibitions on my knees.
