Not a Paul Ysart weight.
I have so far seen none of those canes in Paul Ysart weights. The outer canes are very neat but then so were many of the so-called "Salvador Ysart" canes. All of the canes seem to me to be pre-1956, but it it is still possible that the weight was made later.
It is different from most others in having the standard cartwheel design set at an angle. Was that deliberate, or just a quirk of the making? Either way, it has ended up as a very tidy pattern with no elements being distorted!
Helene, I would like to see a good-sized, close-up photo of the central portion of the base showing the "cutting in" marks in some detail.
