Topic: Maker Of Cobalt Blue Glass Cat?

Does anyone know who the maker of this cat may be. No signatures or stickers. Deep cobalt blue glass measures 6 1/2" long from paws to tail.

I don't know, but it grabs me as being North American, maybe from West Virginia.

It does resemble the type of animals the annual touring blowers made at Viking & Pilgrim in West Virginia & later at Tiffin in Ohio. The group moved from factory to factory during the summers for probably a decade or so.
