blue liqueuer glasses - 1960s scandinavian?
« on: November 30, 2011, 01:43:29 PM »
Hi - can anyone help me identify these glasses - I was told they may be as message heading when I bought?
I then found a set of  4 prosecco type glasses in the same style in a local charity shop.
I love them and would like to know more ...
I am very much a beginner collector.

They look rather like Nanny Still's 'Harlekiini' series for Riihimäki.

Hi and welcome to the board!

As Nic already said, your glasses do look like Nanny Still's "Harlekiini" range (your pic is a little small to see them properly).
Here is a link: http://www.laatutavara.com/eng/index.php?page=product&id=12387&ryhma=0&aliryhma=14

Very nice (and valuable) pieces.

Michael
