Mikasa style dove dish but is it?!

Evening all
Picked this up on a recent trawl and it has been driving me mad ever since! I know I have seen this exact design somewhere before but can I find it anywhere?! Searches keep pulling up Mikasa 'lookalikes' but I am not convinced.My version is subtle purple shade with eye and ribbed detail to underside of tail.Have toyed with Czech but feels more Scandi.
Any ideas?
