Not sure about the ID or anything -- Just wondering if it could be another version (or related) to this vase I have here with bumps, or bobbles?

Just throwing it out there.... :spls:

That was some read Rose. Nice little detective story. Seems that some glass is just not meant to be Id'd. I'm still trying to work out what use this would have been other than to carry a candle. 'Glass Potty' is not right at all in my head, too small and too ruddy cold :24:  I hope, like the link you gave, that it might land in someones lap whilst looking for something else  Thanks. "pass on" are you sure? Not confusing your vowels? It is after-all, apparently a chamber pot!

;D Far too small to 'pass on' or in for that matter.  ;D I keep getting back to the same place, Czechoslovakia ! No other piece has as close a look. I will keep looking for now though. Thanks for the help so far all. Pete

I came by this which is similar... Green vases

The desctription reads: 'A Empoli region Vetri Restanti green glass vase c1930 original label'

The link is cached but has vanished so can't really get a close up of it. I can't find any reference to this label anywhere.

Looking at the shape of the label it just looks like a generic made in Italy label like this one... http://www.20thcenturyglass.com/images/items/murano_glass/alrose_glass/alroseglass_lgst06.jpg

So back to square one.   :pb:
