It might be a vase from Whitefriars but many companies made similar so it can be tricky to id this shape: http://www.whitefriars.com/catalogues/contents.php?id=343

If it is, then the medium size in meadow green by the look of it. How is the rim finished? Ground and polished or hot finished?

Sea Glasbruk made some too.

After asking about the rim I can not now remember how the Whitefriars versions are finished, can ask a friend to check tomorrow.

A ground and polished rim would be fine for Whitefriars, the colour and size seem right too (7¾" and G - green is listed on the linked catalogue page).
