it's a bit wonky - base is mathered.

Is it an attempt at Murano? Perhaps Empoli?

hmmm, there is plenty of Bagley Carnival around ... much goes to either Australia or the US.

Still, it's 'upcycle,' failing that recycle! It was one of those when I got it home and took the paper off, I though 'why did you buy that?' It'll be going in a box for the next car boot!
