I can find one reference to 'a&co b'.

An English hand-painted glass condiments jar depicting a camel and driver on the Giza Plateau, fitted with a silverplate lid marked "EPNS/A&Co.B/Made in England"

Might be English then? I wonder if the 'B' might stand for Birmingham?

But there is a mark for "B" meaning third quality

A really good buy if Asprey. The decoration looks stenciled on?

Probably not Asprey; that's always been top-quality and this is EPNS not silver plate. It's probably Abrahams & Co. of Birmingham

The glass looks Bohemian/Czech and yes the decor does look like spritz decor.

Never seen Spritzdecor on bohemian pieces... Wonder if we got three companies involved here:
one for the glass, one for the decor, one for the metal work?
