Heavy blue vase which looks very Czech

Quite a heavy vase in pale blue, it is 15cm tall. Has a the look of a Czech piece.

Hi...  your vase was designed by Frantisek Zemek in 1959 for Hermanova, pattern number 19867.
It's a great item.
