This piece is by the German factory Wiesenthalhütte. The pattern is called 'Perlen-Vasen' (pearl vases) and they come in 4 different sizes (model 1470 A to D). The designer is Hortense Habermann and they were designed in 1978 (produced from 1979 to 1988).

This information came from the book Wiesenthalhütte Design in Glas by Helmut Ricke.
