Topic: Ceiling shade, uranium glass with cut pattern

I appreciate lighting is very hard to id but I live in hope! So, here is a large ceiling shade with star cut 'base' and simple cut pattern to the panels. Uranium glass, 36 cm in diameter and about 19cm deep. The fittings are old, the chain is modern.

Any thoughts would be great.

Sweet !!  Lovely item!!  Green with Envy   Is it kinda a custard green color since it is not a clear green glass??  Just throwing it out there...?

Added:  The side pattern kinda reminds me of what we call here a Cornflower pattern, but not sure if your really is??

Thank you, you have prompted me to check and it has a satin finish rather than being opaque glass. When it comes to pattern names like that I am a complete novice Rose...

Not sure if that is a correct pattern, as it just kinda reminded me of something like that - that we call  cornflower.



Here and Here what it kinda reminded me of......when I say a cornflower pattern, BUT not sure if it is ??

That sort of cutting/etching, with flowers, garlands and "those" particular Deco-stlye blocks of tight, parallel lines say "Bohemian" to me, very loudly indeedy.

If the screws in the fittings are rusted and don't work, get out the raw minced onion in a plastic bag...
