Hi Kari.

 I don't think this was one of mine, but I had over 80 OE weights at one point and may have forgotten it.   The cog canes with the blue and green centres could be from various makers - they are not really distinctive - but the centre cane and the canes with the pink outer look very like Richardson canes to me, as do the solid white outer canes.  Another common Richardson feature is to use plain white canes for the outer row - so I think this is a Richardson piece.
