Is it a Glass Carafe or (a) a stylized Vase, (b) Just a decor piece neither vase or carafe (sculpture type of item)?

I'm fairly certain it's a carafe - it has a handle and spout... but who knows???????????????

Based on an original model from Skruf this type of jug has been made in Poland who introduced colour, and later in China. So it will be hard to say where it originated.
