Purple art glas vase with feet - French? Czech?

Art glass moulded purple vase with shaped top rim and lower ridged pattern. The vase measures 21.5 tall, the base has four small feet and is clear and smooth.

This Vasew is Czech.
It is a Inwald Vase # 11549.
